1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your salon, laser, or tattoo appointment, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance via phone or WhatsApp at +91 98266 86859.
2. Custom Tattoo Design Deposits
For large-scale custom tattoo artwork (sleeves, back pieces), an artist drafting deposit may be required before extensive concept sketches begin. This deposit is credited towards the final session fee upon completion.
3. Service Satisfaction & Adjustments
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you need an adjustment to your haircut, beard trim, or tattoo touch-up within 14 days of your initial appointment, please visit our studio and we will gladly refine it.
